L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è composto da soggiorno con angolo cucina, bagno finestrato con doccia e camera da letto matrimoniale. E' situato al primo piano di un condominio, servito da ascensore. Dispone di un balcone dove si può fumare.

La cucina è attrezzata con gli utensili indispensabili, fornelli elettrici, forno a microonde, macchina caffè a capsule, aspirapolvere, bollitore e frigo. Nel soggiorno è posizionata la tv, un ventilatore ed il divano letto ad una piazza e mezza. In camera è presente un letto matrimoniale ed una tv. Forniamo biancheria da letto ed asciugamani.

Ideale per turisti in visita alla splendida città di Verona, operatori o visitatori della Fiera di Verona, persone in assistenza ai familiari ricoverati in ospedale, famiglie con bambini in visita ai parchi del Garda (Gardaland, Caneva World, Parco Natura Viva, ecc.), buongustai in tour nella Valpollicella (distante solo 20 minuti di auto), coppie in visita al lago di Garda oppure alle piscine di Aquardens.

Il quartiere è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento troverete bar, ristoranti e negozi.

Vi verrà fornita la chiave del cancello, del portone del condominio e dell'appartamento. Al check-in dovrete presentare i vostri documenti per la registrazione. Non sono ammessi minorenni se non accompagnati dai genitori.

Nel prezzo NON è inclusa l'imposta di soggiorno: come richiesto dalla normativa vigente è nostro dovere riscuoterla e versarla al Comune di Verona.
Il costo della tassa di soggiorno è pari a 2.50 € a persona a notte; sono esclusi dal pagamento i minori di 14 anni.
La tassa di soggiorno è richiesta per un massimo di cinque pernottamenti; se doveste pernottare per più di cinque notti, dalla sesta in poi non sarebbero più conteggiate.

Non sono ammesse nell'appartamento altre persone a parte quelle già registrate al momento della prenotazione.

One bedroom flat, located on the first floor in Borgo Roma, in a quiet street, convenient for the historic center, the Verona Fair, the University and the Hospital. 2 minutes drive away from Verona Sud motorway. Quiet neighborhood with the possibility of public parking.
Ideal for both tourism and business.

The flat has been recently renovated and consists in a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. It is located on the first floor of a building with lift. It has a balcony where you can smoke.

The kitchen is equipped with the necessary kitchenware, electric cooker, microwave, capsule coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, kettle and fridge. In the living room there is a TV and a double sofa bed. In the bedroom there is a double bed and TV. We supply bed linen and towels.

Ideal for tourists visiting the beautiful city of Verona, operators or visitors of the Verona Fiera, people in assistance to the relatives hospitalized, families with children visiting the parks of Garda (Gardaland, Caneva World, Parco Natura Viva , etc.), gourmets on tour in Valpollicella (only 20 minutes away by car), couples visiting Lake Garda or the Aquardens pools.

The district is well served by public transport. Close to the apartment you will find bars, restaurants and shops.

You will be given the key of the gate, the main door and the apartment. At the check-in you must be able to present your passport for registration. Minors are not allowed unless accompanied by their parents.

The price does not include the tourist tax. The cost of the tourist tax is € 2.50 per person per night; children under 14 are excluded from the payment.
The tourist tax is required for a maximum of five nights; if you will stay for more than five nights, from the sixth night it would no longer be counted.

Other persons not registered at the time of booking are not allowed in the apartment.
